Ivana Dimitrijević

I am a Chemistry teacher at Stevan Jakovljevic Primary school in Paracin. I graduated from the University of Nis, Organic and Inorganic Chemistry Department. I worked in a lab in a factory for 3 years. I have been working as a Chemistry teacher for 15 years now. I love my job. I have worked in a number of schools, both Secondary and Primary ones. In my teaching career, I have been preparing my students for school competitions and they regularly reach the highest national levels. I also help them conduct research and perform practical work, encouraging them to be independent and develop love for science.

I am a reviewer of chemistry textbooks used by students in Serbia.

I was a member of the Erasmus project team, an activity job shadowing. The KA1 project was related to working with gifted students and was realized in 2019/2020. As a result of working on the project, I am a member of the Program Council at the Center for Teacher Support in working with gifted students at the Faculty of Pedagogical Sciences, University of Jagodina, Kragujevac.

I am married, mother of two.

In my free time, I do fitness and yoga. I also like reading.
